Yo! This Artist is the REAL DEAL and I am going to say that this cold possibly be the FEEL GOOD-SOUL album of 2010. Mayer Hawthorne is a saint bringing back the Golden Sound that made the bed room electric in the 60/70’s. Enjoy!
Artist Bio:
Mayer Hawthorne is a singer, writer, producer from Ann Arbor, Michigan, right outside of the “D”. He grew up listening to his fathers music collection which where he gets his love for soul music. Some of his influences are Motown singer Smokey Robinson, Barry White, Curtis Mayfield, and Eddie Holland to name a few.
