Best Burger in SLC!
by Seth on Jan.29, 2009, under Food, Travel
Today I had the chance to try out a local burger joint (Located in Salt Lake City) called “JCW”! I must admit that I was not a beliver until I took my first bite. I order the Double-Double JCW Cheeseburger and it was slammin’. JCW flame broils there patties which make for a delicious chared flavor and the condiments are great as well. Fry Sauce is the ketchup of Utah much like Ranch with Reno. Fry Sauce not only goes on the Fries but the Burger as well. TWO THUMBS UP to JCW! I’ll be back.

Obama..Officially in the House!
by Seth on Jan.20, 2009, under Misc., Movie Reviews
Today was one of the moments in my life that I will never forget. In fact, this is a moment that I will recite to my grandchildren. Barack Obama was sworn into the White House and the Nation today as the First Black President of the United States of America. As I have discussed many times with my father, I truly never thought that I would see this day in my lifetime or even have the luck to share this moment with my father. I think that it is important to remember that though it is great to see the First Black President of America, this event represents a lot more. This specific event will manifest motivation and opportunity to all who is considered a minority in this country. Now I’m no prolific speaker but simply, Obama has achieved a dream that was seen as impossible and if that isn’t motivation to the minorities of America…what the heck is. Congrats to the Obama Campaign and Family. Now, Lets see how the next 4 years play out.

Song of the Day!
by Seth on Jan.19, 2009, under MUSIC!!!!
It was all a dream! The song of the day comes from THE Heavyweight champion of Rap and my numero uno Biggie Smalls. Last Friday I had a chance to check out the new movie NOTORIOUS, a biography about the short lived life of Christopher Wallace a.k.a. Notorious B.I.G. The movie was great and I enjoyed the in-depth review of the struggle and hussle Biggie endured to besome the Legend that he is today. Biggie unfortunately is not with us today (Dieng at the young age of 24) but his Story telling lyrics are still felt and sampled by hip-hops current elite. At a young age Biggie ’s soulful sound and raw lyrics touched me in a way that im sure is shared globally. He will forever be love and missed. If you have any appreciation for Rap / Hip-Hop, Never Forget CHRISTOPHER WALLACE, he made hip-hop what it is today. R.I.P- SKY IS THE LIMIT…Believe That.
