Cajun-Style flame boriled Chicken a Hit at The Homestead!

Sunday evening I decided to make an attempt to cook my Dads Cajun Chicken. The Chicken came out great! To assist the flavors of the South, I made some seasoned rice and home made dirty red mashed potatoes w/ broccoli and cheddar cheese.
